Fully renovated 875 square foot cottage with high quality accommodations located just a few steps from both the beach and also the quaint town center of Ocean Park(OP), OOB Maine. All new quality furnishings, AC, new appliances, stone counter tops, outdoor picnic table, and cookout grill provided. The cottage is most ideal for couples or even older folks wishing to be just steps from the beach.
The cottage has 2 levels - a large Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor with ocean views . During Peak Season one parking space for a medium size car is also provided. Additional free public parking can be obtained on the street itself.

The cottage is fully equipped, and marketed for accommodating up two adults in total. All default pricing is for two adults. If you have up to four adults the pricing quote will adjust accordingly. No overloading of the cottage is accepted or tolerated. Security deposit is required for all first time customers.
I can provide on-site viewing tours should I be at OOB/OP and the unit is vacant. The pictures and videos are updated annually .

Ocean Front Condo
Comfortable 800 Square foot Ocean Front end unit condo situated directly on the OOB Oceanfront with a large entertaining 15'x12' Oceanfront deck. The condo is approximately 250 yards North of the Pier(3-minute beach walk). Close enough to the vibrant action filled OOB town center but also just far enough away to provide peace and quiet from the crowd noise.
The condo sleeps 4 very comfortably. Two Oceanfront deeded parking spots are also provided. The Casablanca Condo Association is a family-oriented environment located on the direct Ocean Front. There are no condos or motels closer to the actual beach front than this association. Absolutely the best central location North of the Old Orchard Beach Pier.
The condo is perfectly situated on the OOB ocean front. The condo and its location is of much higher quality than any of the hotels offering non ocean front accommodations at much higher prices. Condo has been fully renovated/updated with stone counters, maple cabinets, appliances, glass top stove, Brazilian HW flooring, etc.
The condo is fully equipped, and marketed for accommodating up to four individuals in total. No overloading of the condo is accepted or tolerated.
